Only if they've clearly stated that they're happy to be contacted directly. Contacting members, outside of the National Review platform, without their consent isn't allowed, and neither is sharing another member's personal information (such as their name, social media accounts, address, email, or phone number). Following a member off-platform to harass them is a serious violation and can lead to a suspension of at least one year.
