Our Community Guidelines keep discussions on nationalreview.com and in the NRPLUS Facebook group thoughtful, substantive and civil. In short:
- Debate ideas vigorously. Disagreement with National Review, its writers or other members is welcome.
- Don’t attack, harass, threaten, or brigade other members.
- No hate speech, profanity or name-calling aimed at other commenters (disguised spellings count).
- Respect privacy: no doxxing, and no contacting members off-platform without their consent.
- No solicitations, advertising, excessive self-promotion or spam.
- No libelous, obscene, infringing, unlawful or impersonating content.
- Don’t try to evade moderation.
You’re responsible for your own conduct even if someone else breaks the rules. Report it instead of retaliating.
